Where it began
A reminder for the hard days.
While battling cancer, Mark needed something simple and steady to hold onto. The frog became that reminder—not because the road was easy, but because its direction was clear.
Frogs only jump forward. They pause. They gather strength. Then they move. The idea gave language to a kind of perseverance that makes room for difficult days without surrendering the next one.
What began as Mark's personal symbol soon became a way to encourage others. A small green figurine could be placed in someone's hand when words felt too small: a quiet promise that they were seen, supported, and not moving alone.
From one person to the next.
The Order of the Frog grows through giving. Each frog carries the care of the person who passed it on—and each registration adds another point to a widening chain of encouragement.
This is a community before it is anything else. It is for illness, grief, recovery, reinvention, fear, and every chapter that asks a person to be brave. No story has to be public. No jump has to be large.
There only has to be a next one.
